Just add your “likes” and “comments” and divide that number by your number of followers. To get the % multiple by 100. 

For example:

If you have 1,000 followers and your last post attracted 30 likes and 20 comments you wind up with 5% engagement which is a great result. Remember less than 1% is low engagement and more than 6% is Superstar level!
